Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist with hands‐on experience in the industry and proficiency in Cargowise software. This position offers the opportunity to work within a energetic, fast‐paced environment where you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing freight forwarding operations for international shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Oversee and manage the end‐to‐end process of freight forwarding, including booking, documentation, and coordination of shipments.

n

Utilize Cargowise software for managing shipments, tracking, and updating client records.

n





Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

n

Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with clients regarding the status of their shipments.

n

Resolve any operational issues or delays with shipments and work to resolve disputes as necessary.

n

Monitor the performance of suppliers and vendors and report performance metrics to management.

n

Required Skills and Qualifications:

n

Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.

n

Proficiency with Cargowise.

n

Strong understanding of freight forwarding procedures.

n

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and external partners.

n

Experience in both sea freight and air freight forwarding is preferred.

n

Ability to work in a team‐oriented environment as well as independently.
