About The Role

n

As a Senior Educator in our Preschool Room, you willplay a key role in supporting children's learning, wellbeing and developmental needs withina diverse and inclusive community.

n

This 12-month full-time contractopportunity is ideal for an experienced Diploma-qualified SeniorEducator who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and thrives in environments that celebrate cultural diversity, inclusion and solid family partnerships.

This will include:

- Experienced Certificate III Educators in a similar role are encouraged to apply
n
- Enjoy 12-month full-time contract with potential to go permanent
n
- Lead and support engaging, child-led learning experiences that reflect children's interest, strengths and identities.
n
- Work collaboratively with children, families and educators to build a strong sense of belonging and connection.
n
- Support children's physical, emotional and developmental needs including children with special needs.
n
- Foster inclusive practices that respect and celebrate communities and families from diverse cultural backgrounds
n
- Observe, document and evaluate children's learning and development in line with the EYLF and NQS
n
- Create environments that promote trust, security, flexible routines, and smooth transitions
n
- Contribute positively to a supportive and inclusive team culture
n

About You

n





We're looking for an experienced and passionate Diploma-qualified Senior Educator who thrives in diverse and inclusive early learning environments and is committed to helping every child reach their full potential.

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

n
- A Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or experienced Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care Educators are encouraged to apply
n
- Experience working in inclusive early childhood settings that support children from culturally diverse backgrounds and children with additional needs.
n
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and working knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- A genuine commitment to inclusive practice and building respectful partnerships with families from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.
n
- Demonstrated experience working with children and the ability to adapt practice across different age groups.
n
- Sound knowledge of child development and the ability to create engaging learning experiences that support children's wellbeing, learning and development.
n
- Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building and teamwork skills with a commitment to child safety
n
- Child protection training and commitment to child safety
n
- Current valid NSW Working with Children Check and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
n
