We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Qualified Chef to join our kitchen team.

The Role

n

This is a hands‐on role suited to chefs who thrive in a busy service environment and take pride in consistency, presentation and teamwork.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
n
- Assisting with daily kitchen operations and smooth service flow
n
- Supporting menu development, specials and seasonal offerings
n
- Maintaining excellent food presentation and attention to detail
n
- Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff
n
- Upholding food safety,



cleanliness and kitchen organisation standards
n
- Working collaboratively with the Head Chef and Sous Chef
n
- Contributing positively to team culture and service standards
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

n
- Trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery (Cert III or equivalent)
n
- Minimum 2 years' relevant industry experience
n
- Strong organisational and communication skills
n
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
n
- Passion for quality food, creativity and hospitality
n
- High standards of cleanliness and professionalism
n
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
n
