Job Description
This is a business with a lot going on! You'll be close to the action, know what's happening across the company, and quickly become part of the day‐to‐day rhythm
n
The MD is quick, sharp, funny, and always moving! You'll work closely together and become someone they genuinely rely on
n
You'll join a down‐to‐earth, approachable team where there's plenty of personality and people genuinely enjoy working together
n
There aren't endless layers or unnecessary processes here. If something needs doing, you'll have the autonomy to pick it up and make it happen
n
They appreciate people who notice the little things – what needs ordering, fixing, organising, following up, or simply making better
n
There's plenty of variety and room to make the role your own as you learn the business and understand where you can add the most value
n
They're looking for someone who wants to become a trusted, long‐term part of the team and really take ownership of their space
n
What is unique about you?
n
You're a natural Office Manager! You notice when something is running low, someone needs help, a meeting room isn't ready, or something simply needs sorting – usually before anyone asks!
n
You love being the go-to person and get genuine satisfaction from making everyone else's day that little bit easier
n
You're warm, polished, and personable, but equally happy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into whatever needs doing
n
You can switch gears quickly. One minute you're organising the office,
the next you're helping the MD reshuffle a busy diary or pulling something together at short notice
n
You're naturally organised without being rigid. Plans change, priorities move, and you're good at working out what actually matters
n
You have initiative in spades! You don't wait for a list of instructions when you can see exactly what needs to happen
n
You're confident around senior people and big personalities, while remaining grounded, discreet, and easy to work with
n
You take pride in creating an office that feels organised, skilled, welcoming, and somewhere people genuinely enjoy coming to work
n
Most importantly, you're reliable. If you say you're going to handle something, people know it's as good as done
n
A snapshot of your role....
n
Be the welcoming face of the office, greeting guests, setting up meeting rooms, and ensuring everyone is looked after
n
Keep the office running beautifully day to day, from maintaining shared spaces to managing kitchen and office supplies
n
Stay across the practical details, making sure everything is working as it should and coordinating suppliers or maintenance when needed
n
Provide light EA support to the MD, keeping on top of calendar movements, meetings, and day‐to‐day arrangements
n
Coordinate predominantly domestic travel, including flights and accommodation, alongside restaurant reservations and other bookings
n
Provide general administrative support including scanning, photocopying, filing, bank reconciliations, and other ad hoc tasks
