As a Field Service Technician, you will provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for our dispensing equipment and digital concrete solutions across Queensland and the Northern Territory. This field-based role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining equipment reliability, and ensuring safe work practices.

Key responsibilities

- Install, service, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
n
- Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and fault diagnosis.
n
- Respond to customer service requests and provide technical support.
n
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
n
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
n
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
n

About you

n

n
- Experience in a field service, maintenance, mechanical, or technical support role.
n
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
- Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.
n
- Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
n
- Safety-conscious with a proactive, hands-on approach.
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
n
- Experience within the concrete, construction materials, manufacturing, or heavy vehicle industries is highly regarded.
n
