What You'll Be Doing

- Managing the day‐to‐day operations of a high‐volume accident repair facility
n
- Ensuring consistently high-quality repairs and an outstanding customer experience
n
- Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of technicians and admin staff
n
- Overseeing workflow, stock control, productivity, and performance KPIs
n
- Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and driving results
n

What We're Looking For

- Proven leadership experience in an automotive repair or collision centre environment
n
- Strong customer focus and commitment to quality workmanship
n
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem‐solving skills
n
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities

- Experience with automotive repair systems and workflow management tools
