- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients

- Negotiating and finalising finance and insurance contracts to ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Toyota finance and insurance products and services

- Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve business objectives

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
