The Role

Emme issearching for professional, energetic people to join our team of talented chefs and Cooks. We are looking for people who have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering a high-level of service.

Responsibility

- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high-level product.
n




- Mise en place and breakdown.
n
- Section management.
n
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants' concepts and menus.
n
- Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance.
n

The Prerequisites

n

n
- 1+ years' experience in fine dining or hatted venues.
n
- Learn new techniques and sections.
n
- Experience in a busy and qualified environment.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Organised with a passion for well executed food.
n
- Course completion of use hygienic practices for food safety and participate in safe food handling practices.
n
- Openness and honesty, Humility, and Integrity.
n
- Positivity and a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
n
- Ability to work autonomously and supportively for the team.
n
- Flexibility & availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
n
- Uses confidence to show great restraint under even the most trying circumstances.
