We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs and helping people choose the right flooring solution for their home or project.

No flooring experience is required - full product and sales training will be provided.

About the Role
n
As a Flooring Sales Consultant, you'll:
n
n
- Welcome customers into the showroom and deliver a warm, skilled experience
n
- Understand each customer's style, needs, budget and project requirements
n
- Recommend suitable flooring products and help customers make confident decisions
n
- Work with a broad range of flooring options, including carpet, engineered timber, hybrid and laminate flooring
n
- Showcase rugs and complementary products where appropriate
n
- Prepare quotes, follow up enquiries and support customers through the sales process
n
- Build strong customer relationships and contribute to showroom sales targets
n
- Work collaboratively with the wider Payless team to help deliver a smooth customer experience from selection through to installation
n
n
About You
n
You'll be positive, confident and professional, with a genuine motivation for sales and customer service. You'll ideally have experience in retail, customer service, hospitality or sales - or simply bring the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn.

You'll also bring:

- A consultative approach and the ability to build rapport quickly

- Confidence discussing products, style and value with customers
