Are you an experienced Fire Protection Project Manager looking to take ownership of major projects while working for one of Australia's fastest-growing fire contractors?

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, an opportunity exists for a Project Manager with experience across both Wet Fire and Dry Fire systems to join a highly regarded fire protection business in Brisbane.

The Opportunity

n

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple fire protection projects from commencement through to handover.

n

You will manage client relationships, commercial outcomes, project programming, subcontractors and site teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage the delivery of Wet Fire and Dry Fire projects
n
- Lead project planning and execution activities
n
- Control project budgets, forecasting and profitability
n
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal resources
n
- Develop and maintain project programmes
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, builders and consultants
n
- Lead project meetings and stakeholder engagement




n
- Monitor safety, quality and compliance requirements
n
- Manage project risks, variations and contractual obligations
n
- Ensure successful project handover and client satisfaction
n

n

About You

n

To be considered, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Fire Protection industry
n
- Strong understanding of both Wet Fire and Dry Fire systems
n
- Experience delivering commercial construction projects
n
- Data Centre project experience highly regarded
n
- Strong financial and commercial management skills
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
n
- Ability to lead teams and drive project outcomes
n

Experience with organisations such as Wormald, Chubb, CFP, Accurate Fire, ARA Fire, FCF Fire & Electrical, Premier Fire or similar businesses would be highly regarded.
