Job Description

Talent Quarter Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the operations of a 50-bed aged care residential facility near Preston, VIC. The role reports to the Regional Manager and focuses on maintaining high standards and ensuring compliant, person-centred care.

You will lead staff, manage clinical indicators, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while upholding governance, quality, and risk management in a supportive, quick-paced environment.
