n We are currently seeking a Production Kitchen Cook to join our team on a consistent Monday to Friday roster, working 5:00am to 1:00pm.
n This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for stable hours, predictable shifts and a better work-life balance than many traditional hospitality roles.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Prepare and batch cook a variety of wet dishes for our café and retail operations
n
- Portion, label,



date and stage products for later shifts
n
- Work to daily production schedules and deadlines
n
- Maintain HACCP, food safety and allergen control requirements
n
- Complete FIFO stock rotation, temperature monitoring and quality checks
n
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
n

About You
n You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food production environment and takes pride in producing quality food every day.
n You'll Ideally Have

n

n
- Previous experience in bulk cooking or food production
n
- Experience working in a café, canteen, food truck, commercial kitchen or similar setting
n
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- A reliable and punctual work ethic
n
- Pride in producing consistent, high-quality food
n
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant commercial kitchen experience will be highly regarded.
n
