We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Operations Analyst to support a major ANZ transformation programme. Working closely with local stakeholders and a global Change team, you'll play a key role in business analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational readiness, and go-live activities.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
n
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping sessions.
n
- Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
n
- Support and execute UAT activities across business functions.
n
- Coordinate business users and SMEs during testing.
n
- Assist with operational readiness, training,



and go-live preparation.
n
- Provide testing updates and stakeholder reporting.
n

n

Skills Required:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Change Analyst.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
n
- Hands‐on UAT experience.
n
- Experience with business process analysis and documentation.
n
- Excellent communication and problem‐solving abilities.
n

n

Insurance or financial services experience is highly regarded.

n
