Reporting directly to the CFO, this newly elevated leadership role sits at the centre of executive decision-making, leading a high-performing commercial finance function and partnering with senior leaders to drive performance, investment decisions and long-term financial sustainability.

Sitting at the heart of executive decision-making, you will lead commercial finance, drive strategic planning and help shape the future direction of the organisation.

- Lead a team of senior commercial finance and business partnering professionals
n
- Act as a trusted adviser to the Executive Leadership Team on strategic, financial and commercial matters
n
- Drive enterprise-wide planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
n
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, including data wrangling, scenario modelling and transforming complex data into actionable insights
n
- Influence major growth, transformation and capital investment decisions
n
- Champion finance transformation, continuous improvement and capability uplift
n
- Strengthen financial governance,
accountability and decision-making across the organisation

Profile
n
You are an accomplished senior finance leader with a robust blend of commercial acumen, strategic thinking and executive stakeholder engagement.

- Extensive experience leading large-scale finance functions in complex environments
n
- A strong background in commercial finance, FP&A; and business partnering
n
- Proven success influencing C-suite executives, boards and senior stakeholders
n
- Expertise in financial modelling, business cases and investment analysis
n
- A track record of leading transformation and building high-performing teams
n
- The gravitas, judgement and influence to operate at executive level
n
