This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced all-rounder to join a friendly and well-established CBD architectural studio with a growing national project portfolio.

n

Working across large-scale distribution centres, warehousing, manufacturing facilities and complex commercial developments, this role offers the opportunity to contribute across key project delivery stages at a senior level within the studio.

n

Working closely with a highly experienced team across multiple states, you will drive projects through design development, documentation and consultant coordination. Being a bit of a technical guru, you will be resolving technical details, producing high-quality Revit documentation, coordinating with consultants and builders, reviewing shop drawings and bringing complex architectural packages together.

n

We are seeking a technically accomplished Architectural Technician with at least 8 years' local experience and a strong background in industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, high-tech or complex commercial projects.

n

You will also play an important role in mentoring and supporting other team members across documentation workflows, BIM processes and technical project delivery practices.

Skills & Experience

n

- Minimum 8 years' local architectural experience
n
- Industrial, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing or high-tech project experience
n
- Broad project delivery skills across design development, documentation and construction
n
- Advanced, hands-on Revit capability
n
- Robust construction documentation and detailing knowledge
n
- Ability to resolve complex technical and architectural issues
n
- Experience reviewing shop drawings and coordinating architectural packages
n




- Confident communication with clients, consultants, builders and internal project teams
n
- Ability to mentor team members and support effective BIM and documentation workflows
n

This is a permanent position offering long-term security and a salary in the range of $110,000 - $120,000 plus Superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience.
