Collarcare is seeking experienced and reliable Cleaners to join our aged care team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. You will play an important role in maintaining a clean, secure, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform cleaning duties across resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, dining areas, and other facility areas
n
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control
n
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
n
- Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals
n
- Work respectfully around residents and staff
n
- Complete cleaning duties efficiently and to a high standard
n
n
About You
n
n
- Previous cleaning experience, preferably within aged care, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial environments
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
n
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills
n
- Comfortable working around elderly residents
n
- Flexible and available to work various shifts
n
n
Compliance Requirements
n
Tier 1 compliance is required before commencing. This may include:

- Current police check
n
- Working rights in Australia
n
- Relevant mandatory training
n
- Infection control training
n
- Flu vaccination / COVID-19 requirements, where applicable
n
- Other client-specific compliance requirements
