Duties

n

n
- Supervise and coordinate multiple trades, including wet/dry fire, electrical, plumbing, joinery and other subcontractors.
n
- Plan and manage daily and weekly work schedules.
n
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project programme and productivity.
n
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and proactively manage site WHS requirements.
n
- Manage SWMS, site safety procedures and compliance in accordance with SafeWork NSW requirements.
n
- Conduct weekly site walk-throughs with the client.
n
- Read,



interpret and work from architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
n
- Identify and resolve construction issues and scheduling bottlenecks.
n
- Order and manage materials, plant and equipment.
n
- Maintain accurate site diaries, reports and project documentation using Procore.
n
- Monitor quality, progress and workmanship across the site.
n
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, subcontractors and suppliers.
n
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.

Skills & experience

n

n
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor.
n
- Demonstrated commercial and/or industrial construction experience.
n
- Residential construction experience is highly regarded.
n
- Come from a solid trade background, ideally as a qualified carpenter.
n
- Hold a Certificate IV in Building and Construction.
n
- Hold a current NSW White Card.
n
- Have strong knowledge of WHS requirements and SafeWork NSW regulations.
n
- Have proven experience supervising and coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.
n
- Be confident reading and interpreting architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
n
- Be computer literate with demonstrated experience using Procore for site reporting, drawings and project documentation.
n
- Have strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
n
- Be professional, well presented and confident dealing with clients and subcontractors.
n
- Be able to take ownership of site operations and keep the project moving safely and efficiently.
n
