About the role

n

We are seeking a Sales and Factory Assistant to join our team at our Burleigh Heads location. This is a part-time position, (F/T may be offered) with the opportunity to develop skills across both sales and production environments. You'll play a key part in providing excellent customer experiences and help to maintain smooth factory operations.

What you'll be doing

n

Client consultation - support customers with product selection and provide helpful recommendations

n

Take orders and maintain accurate records of customer requirements

n

Proof Mockups - create a visual mockup of the order for customer review and approval

n

Pipeline and Quoting - handle inbound leads, follow up on quotes and maintain customer data

n

Prepare orders for production and coordinating with factory staff

n

Assist with factory operations, including basic production tasks and quality checks

n

Package and prepare completed orders for dispatch

n

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace in both sales and factory areas

n

What we're looking for

n





Proven customer service experience or retail background, with a friendly and professional approach

n

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers

n

Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

n

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office systems and adobe illustrator preferred

n

Physical capability to perform light manual tasks in a factory environment

n

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing

n

Reliability and a positive attitude to teamwork

n

Willingness to learn about printing processes and products

n

Previous experience in printing, sales or manufacturing is desirable but not essential
