We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to support our growing portfolio. This role is full time and based in our Bringelly office.

About the Role

n

You will manage a portfolio of residential (approx. 180 properties total), maintaining solid relationships with landlords and tenants, overseeing leasing, compliance, and day-to-day portfolio performance.

This role suits someone who thrives under pressure, can confidently manage a busy workload, and takes a proactive, detail-driven approach with a strong focus on growth.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years experience in property management
n
- Current Real Estate Licence (essential)
n
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
n
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills
n
- Ability to manage a portfolio end-to-end
