EXPERIENCED EXCAVATOR OPERATOR – IMMEDIATE START

Permanent Full-Time Position | Central Coast / Lake Macquarie / Newcastle

n

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for an immediate start in a permanent, full time position.

n

The successful applicant will operate 5.5T, 7.5T and 13.5T excavators on subdivision and civil construction projects throughout the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle regions.

n

This position would suit an experienced operator who is confident working independently, takes pride in their work and machinery, and can consistently produce a high standard of work.

n

Essential Criteria

n

n
- Nationally accredited Statement of Attainment – RIIMPO320F Conduct Civil Construction Excavator Operations
n
- Minimum 3 years' excavator operating experience in subdivision works
n
- Demonstrated experience and confidence in:n n
- Detail excavation and final trim
n
- Roadworks and footpaths
n
- Trenching and pipework
n
- Excavator attachment use




n
- Bulk earthworks
n

n
- Currently live in the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie or Newcastle regions
n
- Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n
- Current C Class driver's licence
n
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening
n
- Australian working rights
n

Desirable Skills

n

n
- Statement of Attainment – Work Safely in the Vicinity of Live Electrical Apparatus as a Non-Electrical Worker
n
- GPS machine control experience
n

n
