Programmed Maintenance Services – Scoresby VIC

An exciting prospect is available for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join a leading FMCG manufacturing site based in Scoresby, VIC.

n

This is a site-based role responsible for coordinating facilities, utilities, infrastructure maintenance, contractors, safety, compliance and sustainability initiatives across the manufacturing facility.

n

The role would suit someone with experience in facilities management, site services, utilities, maintenance coordination or contractor management, ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG or other highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate facilities, utilities, infrastructure and maintenance across the manufacturing site.
n
- Manage contractors and external service providers, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
n
- Conduct site inspections and address maintenance, safety and environmental issues.
n
- Manage work orders, repairs and maintenance activities through SAP or relevant systems.
n
- Ensure contractor compliance with inductions, permits, risk assessments and HSE requirements.
n
- Manage purchase orders, invoicing and contractor costs within budget.
n
- Support management of the $2.1M site services budget and cost-saving initiatives.
n
- Monitor utilities usage and support energy, water and waste reduction projects.
n
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, quality and environmental standards, while supporting reporting and continuous improvement.

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in site services, facilities, maintenance coordination, utilities or facilities management.
n
- Experience managing and coordinating contractors and external service providers.
n
- Experience working within a manufacturing, FMCG, food, pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environment.
n
- Strong understanding of HSE, contractor management, permits and risk controls.
n
- Understanding of GMP and quality requirements.
n
- Experience managing work orders, invoices, purchase orders and contractor documentation.
n
- Strong computer literacy and experience with maintenance or facilities management systems.
n
- Experience with SAP would be highly regarded.
