What you'll be doing

n

n
- Own the day-to-day running of The Bottle-O drive-thru
n
- Lead, roster and train the team while staying visible during trade
n
- Keep shelves and fridges stocked, organised and ready for customers
n
- Manage ordering, stocktakes, deliveries and stock control
n
- Recruit new team members
n
- Keep every shift safe, compliant and running smoothly
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Bottle shop,



retail or hospitality leadership experience—or a robust supervisor ready to step up
n
- Someone who genuinely enjoys chatting with locals and getting to know the regulars
n
- A hands-on leader who sets clear expectations, supports the team and pitches in
n
- Strong organisation across rosters, stock, deliveries and computer-based admin
n
- The ability to safely unload deliveries, move cartons and handle the physical side of the role
n
- Flexibility across nights, weekends and public holidays, plus a current Queensland RSA; Forklift Licence preferred
