Responsibilities

- Capture and document functional and non-functional requirements including data, security, privacy, performance and compliance requirements
n
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture and clarify requirements
n
- Define acceptance criteria and support system integration testing, user acceptance testing and solution validation activities
n
- Produce high quality documentation, including data and process flows and conceptual solution designs
n
- Review technical solution designs to ensure alignment with requirements
n

Skills required

- Strategic,



analytical and problem-solving capability in addressing complex business challenges and delivering fit-for-purpose outcomes.
n
- Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared objectives.
n
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including the development and management of epics, user stories, backlogs and changing priorities.
n
- Resilience, adaptability and accountability, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments while delivering outcomes.
n
- Proficiency in business analysis and productivity tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
