The Position

n

Currently an opportunity exists for a Project Coordinator / Construction Scheduler to join the team. Responsibilities will include:

n

Manage and maintain construction schedules for residential housing projects

n

Update bookings within CRM

n

Distribution of various weekly network schedules

n

Liaise with site supervisors, suppliers and subcontractors daily

n

Monitor progress against programs and identify and resolve delays

n





Update schedules to reflect variations and weather impacts etc

n

Provide clear scheduling reports and forecasts to management and stakeholders

n

Monitor trade availability vs network schedule

n

Skills and Experience

n

To be considered we are looking for someone with the following:

n

3 years experience working in a similar role

n

Project Coordination, construction administration or scheduling experience

n

Exposure to the residential building industry

n

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

n

High attention to detail, organisation and ability to multitask

n
