Job Description

We are seeking a Trainer and Assessor within the Meat Processing Industry who has had RTO experience for food services or abattoir sector disciplines to join our FS Alliance team on a Full Time Basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of highly practical, client focused training to our key clients across all of Queensland.

Key responsibilities

- Delivery of highly practical, client focused training to key clients across all of Queensland
n
- Facilitate workplace training and RTO training applications
n
- Training and assessing within meat processing, abattoirs, and food services disciplines
n
- Develop and maintain workplace relationships
n
- Travel to various sites in Queensland and Interstate
n

About you

n

n
- TAE 40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willing to obtain or currently in the process of obtaining)
n
- Current driver's license
n
- Qualification(s) in Meat Processing (Abattoirs and Food Services and perhaps Meat Retail)
n
- Current Blue Card or the ability to obtain
n




- Experience in meat retail/wholesale operations or abattoir sector disciplines
n
- Ability to travel
n
- Proven work experience in facilitating workplace training and/or RTO training applications
n
- A minimum of 12 months training and assessing experience
n
- Robust communication and presentation skills
n
- Exceptional leadership, project management and organisational skills
