About the role
n
We are seeking a skilled and confident team leader to oversee the installation of our garden designs. This full-time role focuses on all aspects of soft landscape planting and potted gardens on balconies and rooftops.
n
This role calls for hands-on experience with high-end residential gardens, extensive plant expertise, and a strong working knowledge of installation methods and irrigation systems.
n
Access to a company vehicle is included with the position.
n
Key duties and responsibilities
n
n
- All aspects of installing high-end residential gardens:
n
- Lead,
nurture and motivate a small team in beautiful gardens in Metro Sydney
n
- Provide exceptional client service at all times
n
- Liaise and communicate with our Installation Manager
n
- Contribute effectively as a member of a high-performing team
n
n
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
n
n
- Broad experience in all aspects of residential garden installation
n
- A keen eye for detail and an attitude of caring for clients and their gardens
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- Enjoy working within a small team and autonomously
n
- Current NSW Driver's License, including class C manual
n
- A good level of physical fitness
n
n
