ABOUT THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing compassionate, woman-centred care across antenatal, birth and postnatal stages;
n
- Collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes;
n
- Supporting women and families through one of the most important times in their lives;
n
- Contributing to continuous improvement and evidence-based midwifery practice.
n
n
REQUIREMENTS
n
n
- Current AHPRA registrationas aRegistered Midwife;
n
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience;
n
- Strong clinical skills across antenatal, birth suite and postnatal care;
n
- Passion for delivering individualised, family-centred care;
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
n
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster;
n
- IBCLC qualification (or working towards) (desirable);
n
- Experience in private healthcare.

REMUNERATION
n
$40.26 -$56.54 per hour.

ABOUT THE FACILITY
n
The hospital, located in Sydney's North West, is a busy277-bed high-acuity facility. The Women's Health Unit is a 43-bed post/antenatal/gynaecology ward with7 birthing suite rooms. Supporting this service is a 7-bed level 2 Special Care Nursery.
