We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Support Leader to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will support employees with disabilities to build workplace skills, confidence and independence while working across factory production, recycling, commercial cleaning and hospitality environments.

About the Role

n

You will provide day-to-day support, mentoring and leadership while contributing to workplace operations.

n

Employee Support & Mentoring

n

- Mentor, train, and support employees with disabilities in daily work activities
n
- Encourage skill development, confidence and independence
n
- Build positive relationships and model respectful, professional and safe workplace behaviours
n
- Motivate and support employees to achieve their individual goals
n

n

Operational Responsibilities

n

n
- Move, quality-check and package stock to meet operational and production requirements
n
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workplace
n




- Complete cleaning and other operational duties as required
n
- Maintain accurate records and follow workplace health and safety procedures
n

n

About You

n

n
- Ability to supervise, support, and coach employees while working alongside them
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Positive, adaptable and team-focused approach
n
- Experience supporting people with disabilities
n
- Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, recycling, cleaning, hospitality or similar industries
n
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field
n

Physical Requirements

This active role involves manual handling, extended periods of standing and walking, and participation in hands-on production and cleaning activities.
