Outreach & Growth Representative

Pay: $80,000 Per Year + Commission

JOB DESCRIPTION

n

We here at ABA Achievers are on the hunt for a driven and community-connected Outreach & Growth Representative to expand our reach and connect more families with the
n services they need. If you love building relationships, hitting targets, and knowing your work directly helps children — this role will energize you every single day.

n

RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
- Complete 12–15 drop-in per day, targeting 8–10 meaningful referral contacts per day
n
- Submit new clients to intake teams accurately and monitor the pipeline from lead to active service
n
- Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases and serve as liaison between field staff and headquarters
n
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations
n
- Report weekly on outreach activity, referral pipeline, and conversion metrics
n

SKILLS

n

n
- Experience in community outreach, business development, or client acquisition
n
- Experience managing a sales or referral pipeline with documented results
n




- Ability to independently manage a field-based schedule with high accountability
n
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
n
- Knowledge of ABA services and the autism/behavioral health community is a plus
n
