Job Description

Cire Services is seeking a Reconnect Case Worker to support disengaged learners in Victorian communities, helping them reconnect with education, training and employment. The role is part time (27 hours per week) and grant-funded through 31 January 2030.

The successful applicant will provide wrap-around, person-centred support, build relationships with participants, and work closely with community partners to create sustainable pathways for youth and adults facing barriers.
