We are seeking experienced and hardworking Night Public Area Cleaners to join our team. Full-time and Part time positions available.

The successful candidate will be tasked to:

- General housekeeping and cleaning of public areas of the hotel such as hotel lobby, lift, stairways, public toilets, etc.
- Servicing and cleaning allocated guest rooms
- Undertake special cleaning projects as directed
- Ensure housekeeping departmental policies, procedures, and standards are followed
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service




- Assist room attendants and other housemen to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficiently
- Maintain inventory in all the housekeeping storage area
- Respond timely to guests’ special request for miscellaneous items e.g. cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
- Collect dirty linen, garbage and recyclables from Room Attendants’ carts and closets
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Report necessary maintenance items
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Other duties as reasonably requested

We are looking for someone with:

- Passion to deliver exceptional customer service
- Be self-motivated and be able to work unsupervised
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous work experience as Room Attendant and Public Area Cleaner
- Have knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements, cleaning chemicals, and WHS procedures
- Be adaptable and available for work across a 7-day roster including public holidays, as required, on an evening shift.
