We are looking for areliable, experienced and highly organised Housekeeper to join our busy family household.

This is a large family home, so we need someone who is proactive, takes pride in their work and can maintain aconsistently high standard every time . We are looking for someone who notices the details, takes ownership and understands that the home needs to be kept organised and running smoothly.

The Role

Laundry is avery important part of this position , including washing, drying, folding and putting away clothing and linen. You will also be responsible for staying on top of wardrobes and ensuring clothing and belongings are organised and returned to the correct place.

It is key that you take the time tolearn the home and where everything belongs . We want someone who will become familiar with our systems and routines so things don't end up misplaced or in the wrong location.

General housekeeping will include:

- Cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Bathrooms and kitchen cleaning
- Laundry and linen
- Wardrobe and household organisation
- General tidying and maintaining the home to a high standard

Hours & Flexibility

The role is10–15 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday and Friday , with an8:00am start preferred .

The hours will vary depending on what the household needs,



but most days will be 3 to 4 hours, with a preference that you work efficiently, completing your tasks before the afternoon. That said, there may be surges in activity, and if you are able to occasionally work until later in the day, that flexibility will be an asset.

Opportunity to Grow

There is potential for the role to grow into aHouse Manager position for the right person.

As trust and familiarity with the household develops, additional responsibilities may include small errands such as post office trips, gift wrapping for children's birthdays, helping prepare for family events and coordinating small household tasks.

Previous experience in a large family home, private household or similar housekeeping role is highly regarded.
