The Opportunity

Ready to become a Mini Monstars Sport & Music Coach?

n

We're looking for energetic, reliable and engaging coaches to deliver our signature play-based sport, movement and music programs to children aged 0–5 across early learning centres.

n

Using our pre-written, proven programs, you'll bring sessions to life through sport, music, movement, games and imagination, helping little learners build confidence, coordination, communication skills and a lifelong love of being active.

n

What Your Day Looks Like

n

n
- Deliver fun, high-energy sport, movement and music sessions (30–45 mins)
n
- Lead groups of up to 20 children through structured play
n
- Introduce children to age-appropriate sports, movement games and musical activities
n
- Sing, dance, jump, move and demonstrate activities
n
- Create a safe, inclusive and positive environment
n
- Work closely with educators to support each group
n
- Adapt activities to suit different ages, abilities and confidence levels
n

n

Shifts run mornings through early afternoons (Mon–Fri only)

n

Requirements

n

n
- Current Employee WWCC
n
- Experience working with children, particularly under 5s, is highly regarded
n
- Driver's licence + reliable transport for travelling between centres
n
- Understanding of ECEC frameworks (EYLF/NQS) is desirable
n
- National Child Safety Training or willingness to complete it
n
