We are seeking an experienced Restoration Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of restoration jobs, overseeing each job from lodgement through to completion. You will coordinate sub-contractors, liaise with the customer and clients, and ensure the restoration works are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives on organisation, explicit communication, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

Coordinate sub-contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of the restoration works.

n

Liaise with customers, insurance companies, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to gather and provide necessary information.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

n

Operate autonomously, taking ownership of multiple jobs from start to finish.

n

Prepare reports and documentation as required.

n

Qualifications and Skills

n

Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance restoration industry is essential.

n

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with job management systems is a plus (Prime EcoSystem is a preference).

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
