We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Dock Hands to join our busy transport and logistics operation in Campbellfield. This is a fantastic prospect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for ongoing employment with a growing company.

About the Role

n

As a Dock Hand, you will play a vital role in ensuring freight is safely loaded, unloaded, sorted, and prepared for dispatch while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers.
n
- Sort, scan, and stage freight for delivery and dispatch.
n
- Perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
n
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (if licensed).
n
- Ensure freight is handled carefully to minimise damage.
n
- Maintain a clean,



organised, and safe dock area.
n
- Follow all company policies and workplace health and safety procedures.
n
- Work as part of a team to meet daily operational deadlines.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous warehouse, dock, or transport experience is preferred.
n
- Current LF Forklift Licence is advantageous but not essential.
n
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handling.
n
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
