We are seeking an experienced Cook/Chef to join our team at Lennox Pizza Bar and Kitchen in Lennox Head, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious pizzas and other Italian/Americano-inspired dishes to delight our customers.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a range of pizzas, pastas, and other Italian/Americano cuisine
n
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area
n
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients
n
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service
n
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food safety regulations

About you

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cook or Chef in a fast-paced hospitality workplace
n
- Strong knowledge of Italian/Americano cuisine and experience in preparing a variety of pizzas, pastas,



and other dishes
n
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
n
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure

- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality food

- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- Current food handling and safety certification
