We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join our Brisbane team in a role that offers the perfect blend of stability, work-life balance and great coffee. Working a Monday to Friday roster, starting at 7:30am and finishing in the early afternoon, you'll become an important part of our workplace culture. This is more than just a barista role, you'll be the welcoming face of our corporate café, known for delivering exceptional coffee and genuine hospitality. You'll play an important part in creating a warm, professional and engaging experience for our employees, customers and VIP guests.

About the role

- Crafting consistently exceptional barista-quality coffee and beverages
n
- Greeting staff and visitors with a warm, skilled attitude
n
- Managing coffee orders efficiently while maintaining a high standard of presentation

- Supporting catering set-up for VIP visits and workplace events
n
- Building positive relationships with staff, customers and guests

Qualifications / Experience

- Previous barista experience and strong coffee-making skills
n
- Confidence operating commercial coffee machines and grinders
n
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
n
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
