Our Client:
n Our client is a well-established Australian company specialising in soil, compost, mulch and other landscape products. They supply quality soil and organic products to the landscaping, gardening and horticulture industries.

Role Overview:
n We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bagging & Packaging Operator to join a busy production team in YASS, NSW. This hands-on role involves operating automated machinery to bag, package and prepare soil, compost and landscape products for dispatch.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Operate automated bagging and packaging machinery
n
- Check product weights, quality, labelling and packaging
n
- Meet daily production targets
n
- Complete routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
n
- Follow all WHS requirements and site procedures
n
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
n
- Work effectively within a fast-paced production team
n

n





Requirements:

n

n
- Current Forklift Licence - Highly Regarded but Not Essential
n
- Previous production, packaging, manufacturing or industrial experience highly regarded
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- Reliable with a safety-first attitude
n
- Ability to follow SOPs and site procedures
n
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment
n
- Available for consistent weekday shifts
n
- Secure, ongoing work in an essential and resilient industry
n
- Consistent work five days per week, with shifts of up to 10 hours
n
- Time and a half after eight hours and double time after 10 hours
n
- Long-term casual opportunity with reliable hours
