Cessnock Leagues Club is entering an exciting new phase - and are building the team to match

With a major redevelopment now complete, including the opening of a brand-new restaurant and upgraded hospitality spaces, they are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar & Gaming Attendants to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a contemporary, community-focused Club setting and be part of delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

About the Role

As a Bar & Gaming Attendant, you may work across various areas of the Club including:

- Bar service
- Gaming operations
- Functions and events
- General customer service, reception and venue presentation

You will help create a welcoming atmosphere while delivering friendly, professional and efficient service.

Day to day you may be:

- Delivering customer service to members and guests
- Taking beverage and food orders
- Preparing and serving beverages
- Supporting gaming operations and responsible gambling practices




- Maintaining clean and organised service areas
- Assisting during functions, promotions and busy service periods

About You

You are reliable, energetic and enjoy working with people. You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

You will bring:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and professional presentation
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- RSA Competency Card (essential)
- RCG Competency Card (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- A willingness to learn and contribute across different areas of the Club
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
