We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cook Assistant to join our production kitchen team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and cooking of our products, working with our kitchen team to achieve daily production requirements while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Steaming and preparation of ingredients
- Cooking using a Bratt Pan
- Blending and processing cooked ingredients
- Following recipes, batch sheets and production schedules
- Accurately weighing and preparing ingredients
- Following HACCP and food safety procedures
- Completing production and food safety records
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic workstation




- Assisting with cleaning and sanitation
- Working efficiently to achieve daily production targets

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 4 years of cooking or commercial kitchen experience
- Experience with steaming, Bratt Pan cooking and blending preferred
- Food manufacturing or production kitchen experience highly regarded
- Good understanding of HACCP and food safety
- Strong attention to detail
- Clean and organised
- Reliable and punctual
- Motivated with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Hours may vary depending on production requirements.
