CASUAL SUPPORT WORKERS WANTED – JOIN THE BE SUPPORTS TEAM!

BE Supports is looking for 2 reliable, caring and enthusiastic Casual Support Workers to join our growing team.

We provide person-centred support to people with disability, helping participants live more independently, get involved in their community and work towards their individual goals.

About the role

There are a number of shifts available , with opportunities for ongoing work for the right people.

Your role may include supporting participants with:

- Daily living and household tasks
- Community participation and social activities
- Personal care and daily routines
- Transport and community access
- Life skills and developing independence
- Employment or education assistance
- Supporting participants to achieve their individual goals

Every participant is different, so we are looking for people who are patient, respectful, adaptable and genuinely care about making a difference.

What we're looking for

You will need:





- Previous experience in disability, aged care, community services or a similar role is desirable
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion (or willingness to complete)
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine commitment to providing respectful, person-centred support
