Bupa Medical Centre Carlton is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Practice Nurse to join our busy and collaborative clinical team on a casual basis. Located directly opposite Carlton Railway Station, our modern practice provides high-quality care to a diverse community and is home to a large team of GPs, allied health professionals, and nursing staff.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace, delivering exceptional patient care, and contributing to a supportive multidisciplinary team.

About the Role
n
Working approximately 4 days per week between 8:00am and 6:00pm, you will play a vital role in supporting our GPs and delivering a broad range of nursing services to patients across the practice.
n
Key responsibilities include:

- Immunisations and vaccinations for adults and children
n
- Chronic disease management and health assessments
n
- Wound care and dressings
n
- Assisting with treatment room procedures
n
- Patient education and preventive health initiatives
n
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
n
- Supporting a safe, effective, and patient-centred environment
n

To be successful, you will bring:
