Tradelink Cleveland is looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Specialist to join the team.

What you'll be doing

You'll be at the heart of the branch, looking after trade customers, building relationships and helping drive sales.

- Manage trade counter sales and customer enquiries
n
- Provide product advice and practical solutions
n
- Prepare quotes and follow up sales opportunities
n
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
n
- Make outbound calls to generate and grow sales
n
- Process orders and liaise with suppliers
n
- Coordinate customer orders and deliveries
n
- Support the day-to-day running of the branch
n

What we're looking for

You'll be proactive, personable and comfortable working in a busy sales environment.

- Internal sales,



trade counter or customer-facing sales experience
n
- Plumbing, trade, building supplies or wholesale experience highly regarded
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A genuine sales mindset and confidence following up opportunities
n
- Ability to juggle priorities and get things done
n
- Current driver's licence
n
