Job Description

We are seeking a Retail casual sales assistant to join the Fella Hamilton team in Doncaster East. This is a casual position approximately 15 hrs per week, that offers flexibility whilst providing excellent customer service in a energetic retail environment. As a Retail casual sales assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the overall success of our store. This position is based on-site at our Tunstall Square location.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting customers warmly and providing friendly, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience
n
- Processing sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
n
- Assisting customers with product information and helping them find items they are looking for
n
- Maintaining store displays and ensuring merchandise is well-presented and properly stocked
n
- Handling customer queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
n
- Operating the till and processing payments via various methods
n
- Supporting the team with general store duties, including tidying and organising stock areas
n
- Promoting store products and special offers to customers
n

What we're looking for

- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner
n




- Solid numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash accurately
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
n
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to casual working arrangements
n
- A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers
n
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with retail systems (desirable but not essential)

- Weekend availability a must
