Job Description

Hkka Foods is seeking highly motivated and organised Warehouse Storepersons to join our morning and afternoon shift teams. The position will be on a casual basis, working full time hours, with potential to transition to a permanent role depending on performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse. The Warehouse Storeperson will work closely with other team members to ensure that all products are properly stored and ready for dispatch.

Responsibilities

- Receive and process incoming shipments
n
- Manage inventory and ensure that all products are properly stored
n
- Pick and pack orders for shipment
n
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse
n
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
n
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
n
- Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies
n
- Communicate with other team members to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time
n




- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
n

Skills/Requirements

n

n
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment, and freezer
n
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
n
- Comfortable to work in freezer workplace
n
- Must be able to work with Pork and Beef
n
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment
n
- Must have a valid Forklift License
n
- 1+ years operating forklifts preferred (experience with high-reach is advantageous)
n
- Experience with WMS/ERP system is advantageous
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Good communication skills
n
