Are you an experienced automotive Parts Manager ready to lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation? We're seeking a results-driven professional to oversee our parts Department within one of the region's largest multi-franchise automotive dealerships.

This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, optimize inventory performance, build strong manufacturer relationships, and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service across multiple vehicle brands.

About the Role

n

As Parts Manager, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing parts team
n
- Managing inventory to maximize availability while controlling stock investment
n
- Achieving sales, gross profit, and departmental performance targets
n
- Building strong relationships with service, sales, wholesale, and trade customers
n
- Maintaining manufacturer standards and KPI compliance across multiple franchises
n
- Driving process improvements and operational efficiency
n
- Negotiating with suppliers and managing warranty and return processes
n




- Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Proven experience as a parts Manager or Senior Parts Interpreter in a high-volume dealership
n
- Multi-franchise experience highly regarded
n
- Strong leadership and people management skills
n
- Sound understanding of inventory control, purchasing, and parts logistics
n
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen
n
- Experience with dealership management systems (Pentana, ERA, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
n
- Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions
n
- A customer-first mindset with outstanding communication skills
