Universal Care Co is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join the support team for a male participant located in Flaxton. This role involves providing quality support with a focus on the participant's individual preferences and choices.

Ideally the participant would like a mature, experienced male support worker, OR a mature aged, experienced female support worker.

- Provide disability support to a male participant

- Support people with behaviours

- Assist with personal care

- Work in accordance with the participant's individual preferences and choices

- Build positive, trusting relationships with the participant

About you

- Experience working in disability support
n
- Experience supporting people with behaviours
n
- Comfortable and experienced with personal care
n
- Reliable and committed to consistent shifts
n
- A suitable, reliable vehicle for disability support work
n
- Able to work in accordance with the participant's individual preferences and choices
n
- Current relevant NDIS worker screening and required checks
n
- Respectful, adaptable and able to build a positive, trusting relationship
