The Bower Hotel is looking for a reliable, motivated and detail-focused Housekeeper to join our team.

n

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming and well-presented venue. You'll play an important part in ensuring our accommodation rooms and hotel areas are maintained to a high standard for our guests.

About the Role

n

As a Housekeeper at The Bower Hotel, your responsibilities will include:

n

- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to a high standard
n
- Making beds and changing linen and towels
n
- Cleaning bathrooms, floors and room amenities
n
- Replenishing guest supplies and amenities
n
- Cleaning and maintaining common and public areas of the hotel
n
- Ensuring rooms are presented consistently and ready for guest arrival
n
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage or lost property to management
n
- Following workplace health, safety and cleaning procedures
n
- Managing cleaning products, equipment and supplies responsibly
n
- Working efficiently to meet daily room turnaround requirements
n




- Assisting with other general cleaning duties around the venue when required
n

About You

- Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in their work

- Is reliable, punctual and able to work independently
n
- Has good time-management and organisational skills
n
- Is comfortable working in a physically active role
n
- Can work efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standards
n
- Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team
n
- Is available across a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays when required
n

Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. Training can be provided for the right person.
