What You Will Be Doing

n

n
- Training and mentoring Recent to Industry Dump Truck Operators
n
- Conducting practical equipment training on CAT 777 and CAT 793 haul trucks
n
- Assessing operator competency and providing constructive feedback
n
- Supporting trainees through structured learning programs
n
- Promoting safe operating practices and site compliance
n
- Completing training records and competency documentation
n
- Liaising with site leadership and production teams to support workforce development
n

What You Will Need

n

n




- Demonstrated experience operating CAT 777 and CAT 793 haul trucks
n
- Previous training, mentoring, coaching, or assessment experience highly regarded
n
- Strong communication and leadership skills
n
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
n
- Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
n
- Current Driver's Licence and full Australian working rights
n
