Not your typical marketing job

Brink is a digital marketing and AI automation business, and we're after someone who can move across both sides of that: hands-on content creation and the AI tools and automation now shaping how marketing actually gets done.

n

This role starts with content. You'll be shooting it, editing it, and writing it. The AI and automation side we'll teach you properly on the job, and you'll pick up more of it than you expect.

n

You don't need traditional marketing experience, and you don't need to already know AI tools inside out. We're far more interested in how you think, learn, create, and follow through. We'll train the rest.

What you'll actually be doing

n

Shooting and editing content on camera for clients

n

Writing captions that sound like the client, not a brand

n

Staying across what's performing week to week and adjusting accordingly

n

Spotting social media trends early and bringing ideas forward

n

Learning to build AI-powered workflows and automations for clients

n

Growing into analytics, websites, and lead generation

n

Solving practical commercial problems,



not chasing "creative vibes"

What you'll learn

n

AI workflows, automation, business process mapping, content systems, client communication, analytics, websites, and lead generation. Genuinely transferable, in-demand skills, taught properly on the job.

What we need from you

n

Confidence shooting and editing your own content. Phone footage is fine.

n

A visual design eye and a genuine feel for social media platforms

n

Writing that sounds like a real person, not a brand voice template

n

Curiosity and a habit of teaching yourself things

n

Discipline and follow-through. You finish what you start.

n

Comfort testing ideas and documenting your work as you go

n

We're very open to graduates and undergraduates for this role, and we welcome applicants from hospitality, administration, retail, customer service, and small business backgrounds.
